Sculpin

The prized meat within this fish is worth the extra effort it takes to fillet it. Sculpin prey upon smaller fish, shrimp, small crabs and octopus along the ocean floor. This diet results in flesh that cooks up white and firm with a juicy texture. Its flavor is sweet and mild, similar to cod, rock cod or haddock yet still unique.
